Nancy Dye is Realtor and a Certified Negotiator. She has been coaching individuals for peak performance in riding and their life for 20 years prior to her real estate career!
While no longer actively selling real estate, Nancy fell in love with training other Realtors after investing years with in 1;1 real estate coaching with the Mike Ferry organization back when she was with Coldwell Banker in Delray Beach, FL selling high end luxury properties throughout South Florida.
After the real estate crash in 2008, she was recruited by the top New Home Developer in Florida, GL Homes, to start up their international phone and online new home sales division where she then trained other Realtors to work that department.
With so many different personalities within a transaction, knowing how to best communicate with each person's style is key to keeping deals together while also mitigating fall out from the stress. Realtors on average leave another 10-20 percent of profits on the table simply from not knowing how to deal with a large variety of people and events.
