OK, you got me!

I will admit ... one of my biggest pet peeves is a trainer not believing in their clients and resorting to "acceptance" of defeat.

And putting their client down.

(Actually, ANYONE not believing that they themselves, or anyone else can change, is my pet peeve!)

Why would a trainer not believe in one of their clients?

1. Either because they have never experienced your exact struggle, so they don't get it ...

2. Or they have their own lives they would like to change, and THEY have not been able to figure out how to change themselves.

3, Or their pattern is to look down their nose at people so they feel better about themselves knowing they are failing at generating results for you.

Flip those reasons 180 degrees upside down and that is why I DO BELIEVE in everyone,

Because I have transformed my life from very stuck places AND ... if I can, ANYONE can, and ...

I know what the quick, step-by-step process is to make that happen for anyone who really wants it.

But I coach trainers too, so I can tell you ...

Sometimes they DO throw up their hands when they have exhausted their current playbook.

While they will still show up and go through the motions ...

The heart, mission, and drive is gone if they are thinking, or worst yet, verbalizing out loud ...

(In fact, I heard this at WEF from a trainer.)

"Oh, there is no improvement,"

And then when reminded of the scores proving their rider HAS improved in a short time, continues on with ...

"OK, maybe borderline, but Jane Doe is Jane Doe," he said with a negative tone.

My response to that? "Better than no change at all!"

As a rider, you have a few options for that defeatist attitude;

1. Get a new trainer who cares and respects you and is dedicated to authentically and genuinely encouraging you and staying on mission.

(NOT my preferred solution; God always puts the right people in our lives that will force us to step up! Or stand up for ourselves!)

2. Decide to use their disbelief or negative attitude as fuel to prove them wrong,,,

Like my husband and I did with our family's lack of belief and support of us. (Oh, yea? Just watch me!")

3. Pray they transition into a humble trainer that cares enough about themselves and their clients ...

To invest in growing their playbook of tools and techniques to become a better trainer by coaching with me.

If you are one of the riders that it takes a bit longer in the beginning until you "take off", but you are making steady, solid improvement ...

Don't give your power away by allowing your support team and leaders to discourage you.

Yes, most of my clients make massive improvements right away and keep flying.

But starting out slower does NOT determine where you will end up. (Think race horse Rich Strike at the Kentucky Derby!)

Your WILL get there and prove the negative people wrong. Trust me!

YOU decide your standards, goals, and dreams. YOU determine your destiny. Not anyone else.

Leave your trainer or use it as fuel and go on a mission and do the "show off" technique.

But if you're a trainer, when riders are working hard and putting in a ton of effort ...

Every tiny speck of improvement in the right direction MUST be appreciated and genuinely celebrated.

So if you don't believe in your clients or that people can change and massively transform ...

Step back, sit down, and watch and learn.

Because I create miracles, and I LOVE helping and watching ANYONE prove all their disbelievers wrong!

So make my day!
Come out and admit that you don't believe in your client; "Jane Doe is Jane Doe!"

It's the perfect opportunity for that client to learn how to use your defeatist attitude as a fuel ...

To drive them to unbelievable heights for the rest of their lives BY PROVING YOU WRONG!

My clients learn to generate their own success regardless of others and what life throws at them!
